bonjour a tout,

for those who collect the new u.s. stamps are probably experiencing great difficulty with soaking the stamps off paper. you may want to think over your efforts before doing so by viewing this list from the latest linn's stamp news. the usps uses different printers and with budgetary concerns has decided to change the composition of paper the stamps are printed. an essential layer of that paper that allowed the stamp to release from the gum was not used. so the problem occurs and frustration happens. :angryfire: :smash: :censored: so use this list with confidence to leave these stamps on piece and not soak them. :yes: :wink2:
