well, luck ran out buddy. ain't got a catalog for this stuff. these are state revenue stamps (stock transfer stamps) from new york. my guess is not worth over a dollar or so each. probably pretty common too. you being a canadian may see plenty of them in your area. they are usually found on old stock certificates. now those would be worth a pretty penny if in good condtion and have a nice engraved picture like a railroad, ship, etc. .
