Some of these stamps has been kept by me over 40 years and are all well keep in the stamp album

For regular mail, packing materials are estimated at $1 and in most situation quoted shipping cost are upto 100g because the use of cardbroad to protect the content (unless otherwise stated).
For parcel delivery, packing cost are already build in into the shipping cost depends on size and / or box / bubble envelope.
