1. PayPal Fees are not included in item prices

We don't want to force that surplus onto Buyers, who use Moneybookers.

2. PayPal payments are accepted only for REGISTERED SHIPPING

This is dictated by PayPal's "Buyer Protection Policy"



So, if PayPal is your choice, no matter what the item price is - 5c or 500 EUR - 

you are expected to pay the basic sh/h (which may be 0),

AND the fixed REGISTRATION charge in amount of 2.50 EUR,

AND PayPal fees for that payment.

This means:

1. LET US KNOW THAT YOU PREFER PAYPAL, and

2. DO NOT PAY WITH PAYPAL BEFORE

WE TELL YOU THE EXACT AMOUNT!



Buyers who use any payment mode except PayPal

will have the choice of Regular or Registered shipping.
